The stylists don't listen to what you want and end up giving you something that you didn't even want. This happened to me both times I went there. This negative experience also happens to my mother and aunt who were upset with their results as well.
Jessica was FANTASTIC with my kids back to school cuts. She's talented, kind and welcoming. The staff was friendly over the phone and quick to get us in for weekend appointments. The salon was sparkly clean.
Been coming here for a long time and have always had an excellent experience. Prices are very fair.
